So this year it was a little different! Instead of having Independence Day on the 4th, we celebrated Canada Day on the 1st! We had lots of fun! We slept in...7:30 am. We had a fun breakfast and then drove to a little town called Granum for the parade. We got there early so there was plenty of time to play on the school's playground which the kids loved! After the parade we went back to town and watched the fort's horse show and then we got lunch at A&W and headed to the river! We played at the river for a few hours and the kids loved it! We had so much fun building castle's on the bank and dipping our feet in the cold water! Later that night we went into Lethbridge to watch the fireworks and they were awesome! Ileigh's favorite were the pink ones and every time one went of she got all excited and jumped around. It was really cute! It was one of those days when everything is just perfect, everyone is happy, no fighting or teasing...perfect and wonderful!!!

The flower is cute eh? Ileigh picks flowers and weeds by the bucket full and presents them to us...what to do with it???
